Airport Economic and Financial Management

This three-day course enables participants to explore the fundamentals and characteristics of the airport economy through case studies. Supplemented with examples from different international airports, the course also examines the main differences among airport business models used to cope with global aviation challenges. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to analyse an airport’s financial performance and apply strategies to manage resources in the airport's business life cycle.
