 This five-day course provides participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to incorporate the core competencies involved with passenger terminal operations and management into their jobs at their home airports.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to identify what are the core competencies comprising passenger terminal operations management and key practices within each competency and assess the core competencies employed at HKIA with those from their home airports.
