Foundation Certificate in Airport Operations (Ramp Services) (Part-time) - ERB Course

This five-day Employees Retraining Board (ERB) course provides participants with the fundamental of airport-related knowledge, in particular ramp operations, through classroom discussions and on-site observations. On completion of the course, participants will be able to identify the basic operations at the airport and ramp operations at the apron. Participants will also learn about airport operations' safety and security awareness as well as the apron driving regulations and safety practices.
