This module develops students’ ability for critical evaluation and development of the long-term strategic direction of aviation businesses. Students will be introduced to advanced strategic and financial management decision analysis tools that enable them to evaluate and develop sound and financially feasible corporate, business and functional level strategies in aviation businesses.
