Core Competencies for Passenger Terminal Operations and Management

This five-day course equips participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to incorporate the core competencies involved in passenger terminal operations and management. On completion of the course, participants will be able to identify the key practices of each core competency and assess these core competencies taken at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) with those competencies at their home airport.
