Aircraft Accident Response and Aircraft Recovery

This three-day course is designed for managerial and supervisory personnel responsible for aircraft accident response plannings and decisions on aircraft recovery and salvage following aircraft accidents or serious incidents.

  • Phases of Aircraft Recovery or Salvage Plan
  • Case Sharing of Aircraft Recovery and Salvage Operations

 

Intended Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply essential emergency procedures and coordinate immediate actions safely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess recovery needs, select appropriate recovery or salvage methods, and coordinate resources to safely remove disabled aircraft and restore the airfield.
  • Demonstrate readiness to manage communications, support stakeholders, and contribute to rescue, recovery, and business continuity through drills and exercises.
