Airport Authority (AA) Learning Curriculum

The short courses aim to assess participants with essential knowledge of airport operations, business functions, and service excellence within the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) ecosystem. Each module equips participants with practical insights into real-world airport operations, enhances their understanding of industry practices, and strengthens their capability to deliver high-quality services across different operational domains.

Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of key airport operations, including cargo, retail, passenger flow, and baggage systems
• Apply service excellence principles to enhance customer experience in airport environments
• Describe the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders within HKIA operations
