This five-day course aims to impart knowledge and understanding on human performance that is relevant to Air Traffic Control (ATC) based on the curriculum proposed in ICAO Doc 9683 Human Factors Training Manual which will meet the ICAO ‘knowledge requirement’ for ATC licensing.
Interested parties should have acquired ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher qualification.
