This 1.5-hour refresher course helps participants to revive the know-how for airport frontline staff especially for those from Airlines or Ground Handling Agents (GHA) during an aircraft incident. An overview of the setting up and operation arrangements of a Family Reception Centre will be shared by various parties to re-energise participants’ understandings.
