The Emergency Services and Crisis Management training invites veteran rescue professionals to conduct specialised programmes. Instructors share their first-hand experience in dealing with emergency situations to the airport and airport-related business partners to help them understand, anticipate and manage operational disruptions and crises. Participants also learn to build and maintain effective and efficient operational responses to incidents.
