VHF R/T Phraseology (VHF) Certification

This half day course provides participants with an understanding of radio communications, standard VHF telephony phraseologies and basic principles of Radiotelephone (RTF).

On successful completion of the course and meeting the examination requirement, participants will be qualified to get the VHF R/T Phraseology endorsement in the Airport Authority's Airfield Operations Certificate.

• Phonetic alphabet and numerals
• Standard VHF telephony phraseologies
• VHF frequencies used
• Basic principles on RTF
• Markings, lightings and signage
