Air Cargo and Mail Security

This five-day ICAO course explains the origin and purpose of mandated security measures and procedures, at both international and national levels, to safeguard air cargo and mail against unauthorised interference. It also describes the roles and responsibilities of the relevant national authority and other stakeholders in fulfilling ICAO requirements to ensure the security of air cargo and mail. The course elaborates on the objectives and key components of air cargo as well as the objectives and procedures relevant to the six pillars of the air cargo secure supply chain.
