This five-day course aims to introduce the language used in communication between air traffic controllers and flight crew members with enabling objectives of developing competence in speaking and listening, developing familiarity with the use of standard radiotelephony phraseologies associated with operational air traffic control (ATC), building up an aviation vocabulary for use in the ATC and flight operations environment, and producing spontaneous language that is effective for communication.
The minimum class size is 3.
